About
Corinne Olson joined Pepple Moser, P.C. in 2025. Corinne’s practice includes a mixture of administrative and transactional work. This includes work before state utility commissions in a variety of proceedings such as general rate cases, renewable adjustment clauses and annual power cost filings, as well as rulemaking proceedings related to resource adequacy, wildfire, and integrated planning. Corinne’s practice also involves work with electric cooperatives on matters such as bylaw and policy review. Additionally, Corinne represents clients before the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
Prior to Corinne’s work at Pepple Moser, P.C. and after graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law with a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resource law in 2019, Corinne joined Davison Van Cleve, where she honed her skills in administrative and energy law. During her time at Davison Van Cleve, she assisted clients on matters related to energy markets, state utility commission proceedings in the Northwest and Southwest, transactional and contract work, as well as matters related to Federal Power Marketing Administrations.
Corinne’s previous legal experience spans work with non-profit organizations, state and federal governmental entities, and includes work with the U.S. Department of the Interior Office of the Solicitor in Portland, Oregon. Corinne is an active member of the Oregon State bar.

During law school, Corinne was a Bowerman Fellow with the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Center and a student clinician in the University of Oregon School of Law’s Environmental Clinic, addressing issues involving endangered species throughout the west. Prior to law school, Corinne started her career as a Resource Technician with the U.S. Forest Service specializing in Wildlife Biology.
